Short Film: Sam’s Going Back To School.

I think Sam from Trick ‘R Treat is one of the coolest horror icons to come around in decades. It’s a shame that not many people have experienced the wonder that is Trick ‘R Treat. He’s been popping up on FearNET in these shorts for the last couple of years.

Personally, I’d love to see Sam return in a Trick ‘R Treat sequel. The vignette-style format of the film lends itself to endless sequels, while you could keep Sam the only real constant character. I’d be thrilled to revisit Sam every couple of Halloweens, but hey, I’ll take what I can get.

While I love Trick ‘r Treat and Sam, I dunno how I feel about it getting a squeal…?
